Privacy policy
This policy applies to Javier Causil's website (the "data controller") and describes what personal data is collected through this site, what it is used for, and how you can exercise your rights over it, in line with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
What data do we collect?
Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily use the contact form: name, email, and optionally company/brand and phone number, plus the message you write. This site does not use tracking cookies or collect identifiable browsing data (see the Cookies section below).
What is it used for?
Contact form data is used only to respond to your message and, if applicable, to coordinate the service you requested. It is not used for advertising, and it is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
How is it processed and who is it shared with?
The contact form sends your message by email using Resend (resend.com), which acts as the delivery processor. The site is hosted on Vercel. Neither provider receives your data for purposes other than operating the form and the site.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie present is "NEXT_LOCALE", used by the framework to remember your preferred language (Spanish/English) — a strictly functional cookie. Visit statistics (Vercel Analytics) do not use cookies.
Your rights (Habeas Data)
As the owner of your data, you have the right to know, update, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to revoke authorization for its processing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to cafeeurekainfinity@gmail.com.
